Welcome to The Nostalgic Baker, a wholesale bakery committed to using organic and all-natural ingredients.  The gravitational pull to wholesome, simple baked goods from another time was the inspiration for this business.  As I began to develop recipes and work with ingredients I  realized that the food from my childhood tasted better because the ingredients were purer.  My first commitment in all my cooking is to flavor.  But while I have been creating my business so much information is emerging regarding the ill health effects of additives, pesticides and all the not so pure things that are going into a lot of the foods we eat.  I will be using this space to keep you up-to-date on the latest news about our food sources.
